At DearDay Studio, we know you’re excited to receive your custom stationery. Because every piece is meticulously designed and printed specifically for you, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect from the moment you hit "Order" to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.
1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST).
- Processing Time: All orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day.
- Proofing Process: As our items are custom, we provide a digital proof for your approval. Production begins only after you have provided your formal approval via email. Please check your inbox regularly to avoid delays.
2. Timeline (Production + Transit)
Total delivery time is a combination of Production Time and Transit Time.
- Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days.
- Shipping (Transit): 4–6 Business Days (depending on the selected method).
- Estimated Total Time: 5-9 Business Days.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods (US Only)
We offer straightforward, flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States:

Standard shipping includes handling, tracking, and protective packaging to ensure your stationery arrives in pristine condition.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our studio, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update your tracking status.
5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check your surroundings: Carriers may tuck packages in secure locations (behind planters, side doors, etc.).
- Verify with neighbors: Sometimes packages are delivered to nearby addresses by mistake.
- Wait 24 hours: Occasionally, carriers mark items as delivered prematurely while they are still in transit.
- Contact the Carrier: If the package does not arrive within 24 hours of the "Delivered" status, please contact the respective carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a localized inquiry.
Note: While DearDay Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items once a carrier confirms delivery, we value your experience. Please reach out to us at support@deardaystudio.com if you need assistance filing a claim.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- Corrections: If you notice a mistake, email support@deardaystudio.com immediately. We can update the label if your order has not yet shipped.
- Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are happy to re-ship the items to the corrected address for a small re-shipping fee. We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
